Breakfast was accommodative of people on soft diets. The location was in close proximity to the town central. Room service food portions were fair and filling. Bed size was roomy and comfortable.

Laundry takes long to respond as we didn’t have towels in our room and were told that they were still being washed. Room service lady was rude and unhelpful. On our last night we were asked to move to a smaller room than the one we had paid for to accommodate VIP guests that were checking in. We refused. Breakfast could use more varied options because omelets were not available.

Our room windows were facing an open space at the back with no good green garden just bare soil, open space and the community at the back. There are no lace curtains so we could not keep our curtains open.

very close to the centre of town. beautiful gardens. good food and excellent coffee. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Many food items on the menu weren’t available and it varied from night to night. Only a minor inconvenience as there were other things they did have that we could eat. the air conditioner didn’t work on the first room they gave us but, after trying to fix it, they moved us to a new room.

Well located.

The staff were not very welcoming, helpful or friendly at arrival. The restaurant did not have stock of food and we had the waiters coming back to us multiple times to change our order. The rooms need some upkeep and the shower was mouldy.
